Improvement of production process


1) Improve 2 processes


① Improve mixing and grinding. Before the improvement, the SI14 type 0.4t mixer from Henan Luohe Manufacturing Factory was used. After the improvement, the SND1600 type 1t wet roller from Liaoning Huludao Manufacturing Factory was used, which improved the mixing effect and shortened the mixing time as well as the labor productivity.  


② Improve mixture conveying. Before improvement, after mixing, the mixture was unloaded from the mixer to the ground, and then manually shoveled from the ground to the belt conveyor. After improvement, the mixture is directly discharged from the mixer to the belt conveyor through the unloader after mixing, which greatly reduces the labor intensity of workers and improves the production efficiency.  


2) Add 4 processes


① Add hopper. Before improvement, each bag of 25kg shall be manually Light burned magnesium powder And magnesia to a 1.5m high feeding platform. At the same time, an iron removal device is added to prevent ironware from damaging the compactor and ball press, improving the safety of the production line and the stability of the feeding.  


③ Add compaction process. Before the improvement, there was only ball pressing process, and the product was only extruded once, with a size of 40mm × 40mm × 35mm。 After the improvement, I set of compactor is added, and the product needs to undergo secondary extrusion. The size of the first extruded product is 30mm × 30mm × 25mm, the second extrusion product size is 40mm × 40mm × 35mm。  


Adding compaction process is the key to the transformation of the whole light burned magnesium ball production line. The product has been squeezed twice. The first extrusion makes the magnesium sphere crystals close to each other under the external force, shortening the distance r between the magnesium sphere crystals. The second extrusion makes the magnesium sphere crystals closer under the external force, and the distance r between the magnesium sphere crystals is smaller.
